Is there a video too?

No: it’s Santa’s voice with music under it, as an MP3. If you’d like your child to see Santa too, choose the short or the standard video.

How do we play it?

On any phone, tablet or computer. Connect your phone to the car or a speaker by Bluetooth and the whole family hears it.

How long is it?

About a minute: long enough for Santa to say everything you tell him, by name.

Can I switch to a video later?

Yes. After the free preview you choose what to unwrap, so you can change your mind before you pay.

What if it doesn’t feel personal enough?

Generic Santa videos feel flat because they could be for anyone. Your child’s is written from what you told us: their name, their age, what they love, what they’re proud of and their wish, all said out loud by Santa. That’s the part children can’t get over.

Will Santa say your child’s name properly?

You can hear it before you pay. If it doesn’t sound right, spell it the way it sounds (Shiv-awn for Siobhan) and that’s how Santa says it in the video.

What if something isn’t right?

The Santa Promise: if Santa gets a name or a detail wrong, leaves something out, or the video has a technical problem, we make it again for free. If a remake can’t fix it, you get a full refund.

How quickly do I get the full video?

Within 48 hours of unlocking it. We email you a private link to watch, download and share it, so you can close this page while Santa records.

What happens if I don’t unlock it now?

Your preview stays saved and the link in your email keeps working, so you can come back to it whenever you’re ready. Just allow up to 48 hours before you want to play it.

Is this an AI Santa video?

Yes. Santa’s words, his voice and the way he moves as he talks are made with AI, which is how he can mention your child’s wish: nobody could have recorded that in advance. Every message is written from the details you give us.

Is it a subscription?

No. It’s a single payment and the video is yours to keep, download and send to family by message, WhatsApp or email.

Will your child’s details stay private?

We never sell them or use them for advertising. We keep them with the video for 90 days so you can come back to it, then delete them automatically. You can delete everything sooner from your order page.
